Sales & Marketing Executive

So, what’s the role?

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.

Working closely with the Sales Director, this role is perfect for someone who wants to apply their knowledge and expertise in a fresh environment and really drive the marketing message for the business.

It would also suit a career-minded individual who wants to develop into a more senior appointment over time, with a clear development pathway on offer.

In addition to marketing, you will drive internal communications and events, playing a key role in fostering our culture.

Finally, there is a business development element, you will attend networking events and form part of the sales team, supporting bids and client entertaining amongst other things as part of a wider team.

This is a wide-ranging role that will suit an individual who loves variety and a challenge in their day-to-day work.

Skillset

The role requires a conscientious and organised approach, with the ability to communicate confidently across the different parts of the business. A willingness to learn, take responsibility and develop professional judgement is essential.

Personality and enthusiasm are hugely important.

Overall, we are looking for a candidate who:

  • Is creative, versatile, and is not afraid to step out of their comfort zone.

  • Enjoys creating content

  • Understands the importance of taking a strategic approach, is technically savvy and able to develop our marketing by creating engaging, interesting and dynamic content.

  • Is able and willing to challenge and manage upwards – we want someone who can question the status quo and offer innovative ideas for engagement and growth.

Above all, we are looking for someone with the right attitude: proactive, engaged and keen to get fully stuck in to the role.

This role offers huge scope for personal and professional development to the right individual, where what you get out is proportional to what you put in!

Working hours

The working hours are set however, overtime is available subject to workload.

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30

  • Friday: 08:00 - 15:15
