Marketing Manager
So, what’s the role?
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and driven Marketing Manager to join our team.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys thinking creatively, and taking their ideas from start to finish.
You’ll have the space to shape our creative direction, tell our story properly, and create content that matches the quality of the work we deliver.
In addition to external marketing, you will drive internal communications and events, playing a key role in fostering our culture.
Finally, there is a business development element, you will be able to attend networking events and form part of the wider sales team, supporting bids and client entertaining amongst other things.
This is a wide-ranging role that will suit an individual who loves variety and a challenge in their day-to-day work.

Skillset
A bit of everything, but always with a purpose.
You will own and shape our creative direction across all our communications, and as such, the role requires someone with a strong background in content creation, as well as an organised and conscientious approach.
Personality and enthusiasm are hugely important.
Overall, we are looking for a candidate who:
Is creative, versatile, and is not afraid to step out of their comfort zone.
Enjoys creating content, and has a strong creative judgement.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Can act as a brand guardian, and drive standards across the entire business
Is able to manage their own time and deadlines
Above all, we are looking for someone with the right attitude: proactive, engaged and keen to get fully stuck in to the role.
This role offers huge scope for personal and professional development to the right individual.
Working hours
The working hours are set however, overtime is available subject to workload.
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
Friday: 08:00 - 15:15
