13-19 Leinster Sq underwent a full renovation across it’s 50,000 sq ft space.
This Grade II listed building incorporated a combination of five beautiful maisonettes, eight apartments and two remarkable penthouses, with each space carefully crafted to ensure the overall character of the building was retained whilst adding the contemporary elements required to bring it into the modern day.
Our package comprised of a range of bespoke joinery items that play a key part in this luxury residence's design. From specialist door sets, to quality touches within the bathrooms, we worked alongside the designers and supply chain to bring to life a project that really does speak for itself.
Solid timber external door sets were also installed on this white stucco-fronted 1850’s property as well as internal window reveals. Stained oak also featured throughout the interior of this residence, adding a classic feature to an already classic building.
