More Than Just Joinery
Founded in 1996 with core values of incorporating a personal and honest approach to joinery. Our flexible and adaptive approach is born of an understanding that every project is unique. However, we approach each project with the same level of passion and attention to detail to exceed our clients expectations.
From concept to reality
We can both assist in the design of the project and offer detailed technical drawings. Our draughtsmen are completely at ease with the latest auto-CAD in both 2D and 3D. During the project our contracts team will strive to offer a simple and effective experience for our clients: non-adversarial in approach and smooth in delivery. The dedicated contract manager will run the project from Thorpe’s perspective, with the overriding objective of ensuring that our service is in line with the client’s expectations.
Expertise & Experience
Our contracts department employs full time project managers, experienced draughtsmen, dedicated project analysers & support buyers. Several members of our staff have over 20 years’ experience in the industry, most of which have been accumulated whilst at Thorpes. This experience and understanding allows us to offer an inclusive and dedicated service from start to finish.
Estimating & Commercial
clear & transparent
Our estimating and commercial team currently consists of four full time staff. At tender stage we offer an accurate, fast and friendly service and during projects are on hand to price any variations or requests. Our estimators possess in depth trade experience and knowledge which allows accurate and fair prices.
attention to detail
Our dedicated teams of installation operatives and supervisors ensure that the delivery of the project matches our client’s expectations – with regards to both time, and quality. Our installation teams are all known to us personally, having worked with us for a number of years across a range of projects.
Each member of our teams are fully qualified and are ably overseen by our personable and dedicated management staff, all of whom maintain a pragmatic and solution based approach to project delivery. They manage project expectations from the front-end, from health and safety to quality control.
Part of our service is realising that projects are flexible and all of our staff throughout the company strive to ensure that any variations or requests from our clients are matched swiftly and effectively.
